What is included?
A helmet is included when renting a bicycle, but this must be reserved separately.
Is it mandatory to wear a helmet?
Yes, this is mandatory to minimize the risk of head injuries in the event of a fall.
Opening hours?
We are open from Friday to Sunday. You can pick up your bike(s) between 9:00 and 10:30 and return them between 16:00 and 17:30.
Are you asking for a deposit?
No, we don't require a deposit, only a copy of your passport. Should anything unexpected occur that causes damage, please refer to the terms and conditions.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes, it is best to book in advance to avoid disappointment and so that we can have the bikes ready for you so you can get on your way quickly.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation in writing via the contact form at least 24 hours in advance. You will then receive an unconditional refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will be happy to discuss a suitable solution with you.
Are there routes in the navigation?
No; the navigation only shows waypoints. You determine the route and distance to these points, and the navigation automatically adjusts accordingly.
Do I need special clothing or shoes?
No, we recommend wearing sportsclothing and sneakers. Our bikes have touring saddles, so special cycling clothing isn't necessary. They also have platform pedals, allowing you to wear regular shoes. It's advisable to bring a light rain jacket just in case.
